Are your child's immunizations up to date?
Pennsylvania mandates that school-age children must have up-to-date immunization status in order to come to school. As a cyber school, we also follow this mandate. If your child's immunization status is not compliant, he or she may not attend any school function at the Learning Center or other student activities. Enrolled students must also have an annual physical and dental exam on file. Please forward all immunization and health records to enroll@esperanzacybercs.net or fax to 215-689-1400.

Other Important Dates
On Thursday, February 8 the school's Learning Center is closed and there will be no live lessons held in honor of the Philadelphia Eagle's Super Bowl win. School staff, students, and families can celebrate this great achievement by attending the parade. Students are welcome to work independently to catch up on school work.
The Health Screening on 2/8 will be rescheduled.

Friday, February 16: Elementary Fun Zone from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Monday, February 19: School Holiday for President's Day
Thursday, February 22, School Board Meeting, the public is invited to attend. Meetings are held in the library of Esperanza Academy Charter School, 301 N. Hunting Park Avenue.
