Picture of new teaching staff

Teaching at ECCS is a rewarding experience. Our teachers collaborate daily as they all work directly from the Learning Center located in Philadelphia. Our teaching positions are not remote.

New teachers are provided a three-day orientation period before school starts. They are also enrolled in the annual Induction Program that meets monthly for additional professional development and training in the standards of online teaching and learning.

All teachers are provided a five-day orientation before school starts where we get to know each other and all the new programs, processes, and systems put in place to improve student outcomes.
