Enrollment Process

Student Enrollment at ECCS follows a unique process due to its fully online learning experience. Upon receiving an application from a parent, we extend a warm welcome via email. Admission is typically the next step in the process. Upon admission, there is a brief 3-day window to secure a spot. Throughout the process, emails and calls are made to alert families of the enrollment timelines. Following admission, we promptly send out the registration form, allowing a generous week for completion. If all required information is submitted within this timeframe, the student can begin their orientation journey the following Monday. Our week-long orientation is scheduled every Monday and aims to equip students with the necessary skills to navigate our systems, submit assignments, and make the most of our programs. Upon successful completion of the orientation (which most students achieve), they can eagerly commence classes the very next Monday.
